Your missions and responsibilities will be as follows:

Administrative management of staff :

  • Ensure the implementation of HR procedures (recruitment, training, compensation);

  • Overseeing pay stubs;

  • Management of absences (paid leave, RTT, stops, etc);

  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations;

  • Management of employment contracts;

  • Ensure compliance with and enforcement of legal and regulatory standards;

  • Implementation of a tool (HRIS) for human resources management and monitoring.

Industrial and trade union relations:

  • Implement loyalty and well-being actions at work;

  • Manage disciplinary files and personnel administration;

  • Develop employee engagement by supporting the company's culture.

Studies and social development of the company :

  • Establish an HR diagnosis, make recommendations and implement an HR action plan in conjunction with general management;

  • Build and manage an HR policy adapted to the strategic orientations defined and in accordance with the very strong growth of the company;

  • Manage employees’ recruitment and integration with the implementation of a talent attraction strategy;

  • Identify and organise HR communication actions to be carried out in partnership with the communication department;

  • Implementation and management of the employee path from onboarding to offboarding;

  • Develop the employer brand.
