More

Than a Fairing

Want to see it in action?

What makes it unique?

Co-developed with HALCYON Performance, the #SIRIUS1B fairing uses a fully aluminum sandwich structure that brings together robustness and ultra-lightweight properties

Built on an internationally patented technology, our fairing meets the demanding performance standards of our future reusable launchers

We’ve developed two fairing configurations to offer maximum flexibility across a wide range of missions — whether flying with a single large payload or multiple customers on a rideshare flight. This modular approach ensures adaptability to the specific needs of each launch campaign

Performance at its core:

The aluminum skins of the sandwich panels are less than half

a millimeter thick.

This ultra-light design ensures your payload is protected from thermal and the acoustic environnement , while preserving the rocket’s overall performance.

Our fairing is more than just a protective shell — it embodies our commitment to cutting-edge innovation and high-performance design, driven by advanced technologies.

ABOUT

What is a fairing?

The fairing is the protective shell of a rocket. It shields the satellite from external forces like wind, heat, and noise during lift-off, and separates once in space. At Sirius, our fairing is designed to combine protection, lightness, and performance from the very start.

Upcoming tests, guaranteed reliability!

Ground testing of the fairing separation process is planned for 2025 — a crucial milestone to validate our launch system architecture and ensure the reliability of our separation mechanisms under realistic conditions.
